About Dianne Burford

My academic qualifications are a Bachelor of Science (majoring in Mathematics and Statistics). I have worked in the actuarial field in the past as an actuarial analyst and am a very organized person! 15 years ago I became a volunteer life-skills educator for Famsa, teaching life-skills to kids (from Grade 4 up to Matric) in both private and government schools. I was also a substitute teacher at Buckets and Books Nursery School in 2016, teaching the Grade 000's for 6 months, as well as stepping in to relieve teachers when absent due to illness or exams. I am passionate about helping people, especially the little ones, and am so grateful to be part of the amazing Buckets and Books Team.
